This includes everything from brownfields to core properties, as long as the assets are located within 30 kilometers of a major city or are situated near a major highway.

INvestment criteria

LOCATION

Our investment profile consists of assets located within approximately 30 kilometers of major cities. We prioritize locations that are well-connected to highways, even if the assets are not situated on state-of-the-art industrial terrain.

Volume

We maintain a minimum investment volume for single asset transactions of €3,500,000 or a volume of 5,000 sqm. For portfolios, we require a minimum investment volume of €15,000,000. Development projects with potential matching our minimum investment volume are also allowed.

Property type

Our primary focus is acquiring assets with a logistics character, although we do not exclude light industrial assets. We prefer assets with a clear height of 8 meters or more, multiple loading docks, and a floor load of 5,000 kg/m2 or more. Assets may have a short-term lease agreement or a long-term WALT (Weighted Average Lease Term).
